When making a film, each still becomes an art piece of its own. Using colour manipulation techniques in Adobe Premier pro, I layer and distort imagery to create new meaning. The process becomes impersonal and mimics the machine by removing all that is natural. These Film stills therefore can be viewed as separate to the film itself as on its own when viewed for longer than 1/2 seconds, the meaning changes entirely.
